A full service is for a guitar that you may have owned for a while and its not playing so easy anymore or the frets are buzzing and the neck is bent and the action is poor. All these faults are rectified within a full service for acoustic Guitars and all the above plus intonation for electric Guitars. Both include new strings and fretboard cleaning and a polish.

Even brand new Guitars may require setting up and this could include some or all of the actions of the full service minus the cleaning.

The neck of your Guitar can bow up or down if exposed to central heating in the winter or direct sunlight in the summer months as it under tremendous strain from the strings. This can usually be rectified by an adjustment to the truss rod contained within the neck of the Guitar.

If you have a buzzing noise on your Guitar its usually a fret issue and can be polished out with the frets all being redressed and shaped.

Fret replacement is required when your frets are worn down too low to be redressed and shaped.

The replacement of pickups, Potts and switches, This could be due to a failure or an upgrade. This will require the customer to purchase the materials to be used.

This usually means you have had a disaster and dropped your Guitar but I can repair this problem by means of routing out a channel and inserting a matching timber bridge over the damaged area. This procedure can only be priced on inspection and a waiver signed.

Small cracks or splits in the body of your Guitar can appear anytime but these can be repaired and will make the Guitar sound as good as new, however the finish on your guitar is another thing, With so many different manufacturers using so many different finishes I cannot guarantee to colour match them all.
